Prerequisites

Knowledge of revenue cycle management with experience working in a medical office, clinic, surgery center, health care facility, or health insurance payer.

Recommended: Experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager, Nurse (RN/LPN) Appeal Manager, Nurse Reviewer, Coder, Medical Appeals Specialist, Medical Claims Specialist, Patient Financial Services Manager, Reimbursement Specialist, Auditor, or Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.
